The Cocktails
We tried the triple berry mojito and were blown away with the amount of fresh berries that are added to the cocktail. The taste of the beverage was refreshing and great for a summertime cocktail.
The Food
When you arrive you are given fried plantain chips that come with a cilantro lime sauce that is to die for. We’ve never had anything like the cilantro lime sauce and we can say, it’s one of our all time favorite sauces we’ve had at a restaurant.
We also fell in love with the fried pork skin that comes with the Bandeja Paisa Columbia. Their red beans also were one of our favorites in this dish. They pop with flavor.
If you are a chimichurri sauce fan then you should order the Churrasco. Their chimichurri is served with a grilled skirt steak and rice. The garlic flavors in the sauce compliment this dish very well.
